Please Contact Us if You Think Your Pet May be Due For Services

We would like to make our clientele aware that we are in the process of updating our automated system for generating reminders for upcoming appointments, vaccines, exams, lab work, etc. It has come to our attention over the last 12 months that our current system has had a number of errors resulting in reminders that are incorrect or not being sent at all. To address this issue we have decided to upgrade to a different system in order to better serve our clients and their pets.

The new system will give our clients the option to have reminders sent by postcard as they have been in the past, or to have these reminders sent by e-mail or automated phone call instead.  The default option will be to continue to receive a post card, so we ask our clients to please tell our front desk staff if the e-mail or phone call option is preferred.

We apologize to those who have not received their reminders this year and ask that anyone who feels that their pet may be due for services but has not received a reminder to please call the clinic and our front desk staff can assist you.

We are thankful to all of our clients for their continued loyalty and patronage. Thank you for your patience during this transition!
